About

This yoga studio specializes in prenatal and postnatal yoga, offering a supportive environment for parents and parents-to-be. The space is described as immaculate, warm, and relaxing, with amenities including clean restrooms and showers. Low lighting that changes colors helps set a calming mood, though some members note the locker area can feel tiny and cramped. Instructors like Jane Austin, Natalie, Jackie, and Lane receive consistent praise for their teaching styles, which range from calming and mellow flows to deeply restorative practices like Yoga Nidra. Members frequently highlight the sense of community fostered in classes, particularly in prenatal sessions where humor and levity help ease the physical and mental challenges of late-stage pregnancy. The studio's classes are designed to help practitioners stay strong, ease discomfort, and feel more connected to their bodies, whether they are expecting, new parents, or returning to practice after a break. While the facility itself is generally well-regarded for its cleanliness and ambiance, occasional feedback mentions variability in front desk staff friendliness, though this appears to improve upon subsequent visits. Overall, the studio provides a balanced experience of movement, recovery, and self-care, leaving many feeling both relaxed and energized after sessions.

Jane Austin's Prenatal Yoga Classes became a weekly go-to during my pregnancy. She creates such a warm, welcoming space that can be a ground zero for finding a parent community.. More than anything I appreciated her levity. When so many were coming in really struggling physically and mentally with late- stage pregnancy, her stories and humour lifted us all.

Yoga Flow SF in Noe Valley is an absolute gem, especially for prenatal and postnatal yoga! Jane Austin’s classes are truly incredible—she creates such a warm, supportive, and empowering space for moms and moms-to-be. Her deep knowledge, calming presence, and sense of community make every class feel like a gift. During pregnancy, her prenatal classes helped me stay strong, ease discomfort, and feel more connected to my body and baby. Postnatally, her classes were just as amazing, offering the perfect balance of movement, recovery, and much-needed self-care. If you’re expecting or a new parent, I can’t recommend Jane Austin’s classes enough. Yoga Flow SF is lucky to have her, and so are we! 💕

I am in love with Yoga Flow Noe! First off, the space is magical. It's immaculate, warm, relaxing. The low lighting changes colors to set a great mood. There are even showers! I've taken several classes and among my faves are Jackie's mellow flow class on T/Th morning and Lane's Yoga Nidra class on Friday morning. I always leave relaxed and energized at the same time. I really can't say enough good things about the studio.

Haven't practiced for a while but wanted to try out the studio again since I live close by. went to Natalie's class it was really perfect and calming class and I am glad that I went (edited) The front person seemed annoyed for no reason first time but when tried again he seemed okay. Overall recommend the studio.

Clean facility, nice restrooms. The locker area is tiny and cramped. The guy up front was not very welcoming or friendly. Instructor did not perform most of the poses which was not very helpful for me.
