Lovely lil’ studio with good lighting. Took 2 classes which were very different! Love that they let empower the instructors do their thing.

Attended prenatal and postnatal classes. Cecilie has a warm, welcoming and calm demeanor. She starts her classes with introductions and asks each person if there's anything they want to focus on, and then she customizes the poses to try to meet everyone's needs. I felt like I was in good hands with Cecilie! The studio is also conveniently located right by Black Bird Bookstore, which is extremely family friendly and has great beverages and baked goods.

Esther’s class just has a level of humility that I really appreciate. Great place to practice yoga with kind people.

I've been to a lot of yoga studios in my life and this is by far my favorite one. It's the cutest little spot, totally unpretentious, with super welcoming teachers and community. Sam and Daniela's power/vinayasa flow classes are amazing. Such talented teachers and yogis. I'm sure the other teachers are wonderful as well, I've just enjoyed these two weekend morning teachers so much that it has become my favorite routine and I haven't even tried any of the others! The classes can get crowded but it's really not a big issue - people are warm and welcoming, everyone squeezes in and makes it work. Feels like a community and the teachers here make it a really safe and welcoming space to be.

- location is cute and we have few businesses around this neighborhoood - community is very friendly - the instructors are often absent and replaced without warning - the quality of the classes is uneven at best. I have have 1 great teacher and many who are very hard to follow. They switch fast, and overdescribe the movements in ways that make them incomprehensible especially at the back of the class or if you happen to be a non native English speaker. - example: yesterday's class had a replacement teacher, no warm up and went straight into fast changing positions without much flow. Hard to recognize a Vinyasa class and impossible not to feel lost. - for context: been practising yoga for 5 years, I have an intermediate level and I am just back from a yoga retreat. I am no expert but I should be able to follow most yoga classes and perform at least 80% of the poses each time.
