Laila is the best Yoga Instructor in San Francisco! I take her classes whenever I can. I am always recommending her to my patients in my chiro office and will recommend her to anyone always. The church is also beautiful and it is such a large space for lots of people! Highly recommend if you are looking for a great flow- beginners and advanced.

Yoga at 906 is an absolutely incredible experience. Not only was the environment serene and spiritual, adding a unique depth to the practice, but the space is also very spacious, unlike most traditional yoga studio in SF. The venue has a special atmosphere, truly elevating the body and spirit. Highly recommend for those seeking a peaceful yet powerful yoga experience.

This was one of the most fun yoga classes I’ve ever taken! The space is so angelic and relaxing. Laila is an amazing instructor and her flows are challenging, fun, and fulfilling. Highly recommend!

Yoga in the church is simply amazing. It’s not so crammed like in other yoga studios. The high ceiling of the church quite literally gives you breathing room for your body and for your mind. Imagine opening your eyes after shavasana and being greeted by a stunning ceiling fresco. I love it!
