I’ve been training at The Yard Strength Training in Mill Valley and it’s easily the best gym I’ve ever joined. I love reserving my own pod with all the equipment I need, so I can just show up, focus, and never worry about crowds or waiting around. The space is clean, modern, and well-organized, and the whole setup makes it really easy to stay consistent with my workouts.

I love The Yard, its clean, organized and well equipment with everything you need to design your own workout routine whether it’s a strength day with a pod or using the floor area to push a sled or do a kettlebell carry. As someone who has been to a lot of gyms, I appreciate that there is no running around to different sections or waiting for equipment. It’s easy to stay focused on your workout.

Awesome gym if you’re a strength trainer. They’ve got individual racks you rent that are top of the line and have everything you need. Plus free weight and machine areas. Vibe is awesome. Always very uncrowded. I did a week pass for $80 and got great value. Wish the membership was a little cheaper and I’d be full time with them.

THE YARD ( The Yard at Tam Junction If you're looking for a personalized, private, and welcoming fitness experience, look no further. Joe is a fantastic human, His gym is clean, well-equipped, and the perfect place to get your sweat on, and best of all, you will have your own pod to work out by yourself. Plus, Joe's positive energy and enthusiasm for fitness are infectious and will leave you feeling motivated and energized. I can't recommend Joe's gym enough - check it out THE YARD, right there where the old Tj's CrossFit was.

I love the morning BARBELL STRENGTH class with Coach Gunther and crew! As the awareness grows of how important it is to build muscle after age 50- I was looking for a program that would challenge me further and provide some camaraderie with straightforward programming. This is the real deal. Such a gem! So grateful for this amazing group and chill vibe.
