reviewsWhat Members Say

Members praise motivating instructors like Chris and Steph who create energetic classes with great music in a clean facility. Common concerns include the high cost per class, additional fees for shoe rentals, and the lack of performance tracking data. Some find the choreography challenging to follow and note space limitations when the studio is crowded. While many appreciate the welcoming staff, a few report inconsistent experiences with customer service regarding late arrivals or refunds.

Had my first SoulCycle class today with Chris. Chris was AMAZING. Chris knows how to motivate and push you to your limit. I’ll definitely book with him again. The place is clean. I didn’t find all of the staff to be nice, especially as a newbie with basic newbie questions.

The studio was clean and the staff was all very nice. Steph was my instructor tonight and she was great (helpful & motivating with a kickass playlist), but I have to knock down the stars because it is just way too expensive. It's a good workout if you make the most of it, but I'm more of a flywheel fan when it comes to spin. A little too much choreography for me and hardly worth $32 per class.

Overall, decent workout experience! Friendly staff & great music! Cons: 1. Crowded: the bike I had was pushed against a wall in the corner so I could not do the arm exercises correctly without hitting the wall 2. For the price you pay, there is zero data. You don’t know your watts, MPH, calories burned, distance and can’t compare yourself to other riders. Super bummed about this. 3. Not a fan of how strict the coaches were about staying on beat and lots of dancing moves, I’m not a very rhythmic person and felt frazzled about my beat the whole time 4. Again for the price, was bummed that shoes must be rented for $4

Didn't let me in because i reached at 7:04 and my presence would be disruptive to the class but let the person who came later than me in. It was my first time and terrible experience right off the start. The email that they sent out points to the wrong location. And they didn't even bother with a refund. Thanks but no thanks.
