This class was amazing from start to finish, and Nicollette is an outstanding instructor!! The studio itself is absolutely gorgeous, serene, beautifully designed, and filled with such a calm, happy energy. Everything about the experience felt elevated and intentional. I’m going to be very sore tomorrow in the best way possible, and I’m already counting down until my next class!

This is the best Pilates studio in the city! The vibe is great, the instructors are friendly and knowledgeable, and it’s an incredible workout. I can’t recommend Sage Studios enough!
