Working out with Brandon over the past few years has been life altering in the best ways possible. Over these years I have learned so much from his fun, creative, organized, and goal oriented approach to training. Brandon always listens to my goals and concerns and tailors his approach to fit my needs. He is very thoughtful and thorough in his approach to training, be it conditioning, strength, or cardio etc. He is extremely knowledgeable in his field and it shows!! During my time with Brandon I have gained muscle, balance, agility, and even more importantly, I gained more confidence in myself and in my belonging in the gym environment. During my time with Brandon I have also lost 130 pounds and he supported me throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Brandon as a trainer and as a friend!

Training with Brandon has been awesome. He is by far the most knowledgeable trainer that I have been around. Very professional and extremely skilled, with deep and broad expertise in how the body and muscles work. Also an overall fantastic person to talk and work out with. After an initial evaluation, he built a custom program that has helped me reach and exceed my fitness goals, which for me was an increase in strength and muscle size. He has an extremely clear understanding of how to tailor to specific needs and has a special ability to continuously build a unique workout regimen, starting with fundamentals such as proper balance and stability. Highly recommend.

I've been weight lifting for over eight years, but the few months I spent training in person with Brandon made a bigger impact than I ever expected. Since then, he's been programming for me remotely—and I'm still seeing progress that feels seamless and sustainable. Brandon has been a phenomenal coach to work! He has a deep understanding of anatomy paired with years of expertise in strength training which clearly shows. He's also super positive, patient and energetic which makes the overall experience really fun. Highly recommended!

I worked out with Brandon for 8-9 months both in-person and on-line. I appreciate his thoughtful and effective approach to the workouts. After working out 4-5 days a week, I really saw an improvement in my strength, muscle tone and my wellbeing. I always felt great after the workout. I highly recommend Brandon as a trainer. He kept me injury free and entertained during the workouts. I will likely have him as my trainer again!
