Have been coming here for over a year. Love this gym and the thoughtful and effective workouts!! Coaches are great and super supportive, ready to offer form corrections and cues. Gym is also good with building community. Would recommend and also buying classes directly from the gym to support their business. Only wish is for the gym to install AC for the summer heat that easily builds up on the 2nd floor.

I love project 13. I have been working the founders, Thomas and Nate, for over 3 years and really love the workouts, challenge, and environment they've created. All workouts are different and are the perfect mix of cardio, strength and mobility work. Their goal is to individualize each day to your personal goals and train for longevity

The best gym, community and workout you'll find in SF! Being new into San Francisco; joining Project 13 has been the best decision I've made since moving. Nate and Thomas are not only the nicest guys in the business - they also live and breathe what they do and no one does it better. Their passion is contagious both within a group and individual setting - with consistent focus on providing you the best experience possible every time you're in the gym. Their workouts are as equally thoughtful as they are challenging, and applicable for everyone. Don't hesitate!

Michael and Jared is the best. They are so helpful to me as a newbie at working out in form correction and encouragement. Although this is a group workout class, they always make sure pay attention and help out each and everyone who needed help. I can visibly see that I am getting stronger in just 2 months of training with them. My fav gym in sf now!

Jared and Michael are wonderful coaches. As an example, they know * every * member by name! The workouts are hard but safe and the coaches provide lots of supervision. It’s an inclusive place, with an impressive (and inspiring!) diversity in gender, age, and fitness levels. If you’re on the fence, drop in for a workout! You won’t regret it.
