Brian is absolutely phenomenal. He's incredibly knowledgeable about all everything on the bike, and the whole fitting is super pleasant. He really makes you feel seen & understood, helping connect your broader goals on the bike with the adjustments & fitting he makes. In the months after my fitting, I've had my best riding ever: pushing more power, feeling more comfortable, and, most importantly, staying injury free. He's also great with touch ups; I had a couple tiny things to adjust, like my cleat insoles, and his continual fine-tuning made all the difference. Truly an 11/10 experience, worth it for any cyclist (beginner, intermediate, advanced) and my only regret is not going sooner.

Brian is simply the best. He's a true pro. He provides a full holistic experience for your requests, makes adjustments, while factoring in all the feedback you're providing back to him. I got a custom geo fit for a new bike and it's absolutely perfect - couldn't be happier. I had a follow up appointment to dial things in and it's been a dream to ride! Not only is Paragon Fit Studio a great and reputable business, I'm also very honored to call Brian a friend. Book today! You won't regret it at all.

Did a Basic Fit with Brian about a week ago and I'm so glad I did! I'm not a competitive cyclist but was looking to dial in my riding position for more comfort on longer rides after I had noticed some stiffness in my neck and shoulders from a ride earlier this year. I had been putting off getting a bike fit after shopping around and seeing prices online but this fit was worth every penny! Brian was very thorough in his bike fit process, starting with a conversation about my riding goals, any pain/discomfort, and other relevant questions. Throughout the fitting process, Brian made very thoughtful adjustments, explaining what he observed while I was riding and how the adjustments address different parts of the body for optimal comfort. This was an iterative process and it was amazing to see how each adjustment enhanced my comfort on the bike. During the process, Brian observed the mismatch between my bike's stock handlebar width and my shoulder width and recommended a narrower handlebar to match my shoulders. He was not pushy or trying to upsell me - I opted to go with the narrower bars and he installed them (along with doing a great bar tape job!). At the end, Brian took very detailed measurements and compiled them into a report along with some suggested stretches for improved flexibility and comfort to address my areas of tension. After the bike fit, I was able to take my bike out for my longest ride yet in Marin Headlands and was amazed with the difference in comfort on such an extended right. I highly recommend Brian at Paragon Fit Studio if you're looking for a more comfortable cycling experience, even if you're not a competitive cyclist.

Brian helped me dial in my Canyon Aeroad for a cycling trip. I had been skeptical for years about spending the money to do a bike fitting, but it really makes a noticeable difference in comfort and efficiency. Brian is super meticulous and overall is a really fun experience. Wish I did it immediately when I bought the bike!

I have been dealing with chronic knee pain for the past year, and while I've been able to ride a bit, the pain has prevented me from going long distances or cycling with cleats. I scheduled this bike fit to try and reduce my pain as much as possible. The fitting experience what about what I expected: First, a short interview about existing pain, riding style, goals, etc. Then, put the bike up on the trainer and observe how I'm riding. Next, make changes, assess the effect, iterate. Afterward, Brian emailed me a debrief with all the bike measurements and a summary of the appointment. Brian is a super nice guy, and he does a great job explaining his process. His explanations are clear enough for a layperson like me, and I felt like he was personally invested in the process. He is also quick to assess and address idiosyncrasies in cycling form and posture. It was interesting to notice for the first time some strange pedaling habits I had developed. In the end, the changes were small: we made some slight adjustments to my seat, adjusted my cleat position, and added some insoles for better arch support. He also generously gave me a used seat he had in the back that fit me much better. No changes were made to my bars or controls, and I'll admit I was skeptical. Did I really just pay all that money just to wiggle my seat around and buy some insoles? However, after getting used to the new setup I can say that it was ABSOLUTELY money well spent. I've had almost no pain with the new fit, and am using my cleats again for the first time in a year. I even set a new personal distance record (84 miles fully loaded with camping gear). I've lined up a bunch of tours and I'm more excited than ever about being on the bike. I can wholeheartedly recommend Brian's services to anyone, especially if you've been dealing with some chronic pain and want to start putting some more miles on the bike. Thank you Brian for all your help and making these trips possible. I've attached some photos of my most recent tour from Stanwood to Winthrop, WA and back (300+ miles, 20k ft climbing!)
