Simply the best! Natalie is truly one of the best coaches in the business. She knows when to push you, when to encourage you, and above all else, when you need that extra belief before you believe in yourself, she is the one standing there reminding you who you are and what you can do! Natalie is a pro who leads from the front, she invests in herself the same way she asks her clients to, with discipline, humility, and consistency! And for that reason, as her client, you will ALWAYS be coached at the very highest level! With Natalie, I feel backed like a best friend and pushed like an athlete. If you are looking for someone with amazing energy, great attention to detail, and the ability to curtail a session to exactly your needs Natalie is your person. As a former professional athlete I know good strength coaches are hard to find and I feel so lucky to have found Natalie. She was able to take me from struggling 6 weeks post partum (c-section) to feeling stronger than I thought possible in a few months. I always feel heard in group classes and she constantly ensures my technique is perfect (something I truly appreciate). I leave classes feeling energized, motivated, and excited for what my body can do.

My wife and I have been working with Natalie as our personal trainer for a couple months and couldn’t be happier. She creates great workouts and helps us build technique and strength without pushing too far. Super fun to hang with as well. Highly recommend!

Coach Natalie has been my main HYROX coach for months now, and I honestly can’t imagine training without her. She makes HYROX fun in a way that keeps you coming back, even at 6 a.m. She’s incredibly detail-oriented when it comes to form, which I truly appreciate. You can tell she cares deeply about helping athletes move well, get stronger, and build confidence in their bodies. On top of that, her enthusiasm is contagious — the energy she brings to every session is unmatched. Between her flawless music taste, high vibes, and constant encouragement, she somehow manages to get everyone fired up before the sun is even up. What really sets Coach Natalie apart is how effective her coaching is. Through positive reinforcement, consistency, and genuine care, she has verifiably made me stronger, physically and mentally. She pushes you while making you feel supported, capable, and proud of your progress. Natalie is a great coach. Her training gave me more confidence in my workouts. I had 3 one on one sessions with her before jumping back into CrossFit. She really helps break down the movements for proper technique in order to avoid injuries.
