Live Fit Gym • Polk Street

Have been going to this gym over a year now. Love how it is never too crowded, staff always friendly, and good music. It’s clean & I already think it’s awesome, even more awesome: they are remodeling the entire gym this month!!! I’m so excited. The gym manager Daniel is great and helped me sign up last year - very glad I joined Live Fit! Love my Polk st location.

Popped in for a day visit and was greeted by Juan. He should be the role model for every gym attendant/front counter worker. I’m travelling the world and have been to gyms all through Europe and all through America and he has topped the list of friendliness and professionalism! The gym has everything you need, it’s reasonably priced.

Genuinely the most overpriced gym with the most minimal offerings and vibes. Staff don't greet you. Services they offer are wildly expensive. I don't think I've seen one good amenity here other than random stuff in the bathroom and about $30 more expensive a month than other gym networks in the city. Gives hotel gym vibes. Like "just enough" stuff.

Do NOT join this gym. The staff (Mahogany and Juan) are incredibly dishonest and inhumane. They make you sign a membership without even showing you what you’re signing, tell you that you can cancel within a month if it’s not a good fit, then deny saying it and rob you with 6 months worth of membership dues.
