I moved from SF to LA and had to give this gym up and I miss it! Amazing facilities, super clean and modern - it's small but crowd is minimal except for 6-7PM weekdays. What makes this place shine is the amazing and extremely helpful and personable staff! Really makes it feel like a community. Big shoutout to Andrew, Ryan, and Dan (who signed me up when I moved to SF many years ago) - you guys are the best and make the gym what it is.

I am so grateful I manifested @livefitgymsf this Season, it is a Wellness Portal of powerful healers. Today, I experienced Magick! Toshiro is one of their amazing massage therapists and he sees total darkness, yet radiates and shares his powerful healing through his massage therapy. My wish is for the world to experience more of his healing because each and everyone’s healing leads to the healing of the world🙏🌏🤲✨ My journey to this wellness portal is Divine Timing, waking in I met Dollie at Mission with her beautiful Purple Lipsticks, her energy was giving, this morning we shared deep convo and I was like Wow! The magick starts the moment I walked in. Then I meet Cassandra and Jen at Castro for my first class and signed up and was super excited that they have Chiropractic Alignment, Acupuncture, and Massage. Meeting Dr. Katy and experiencing her alignment for the first time literally lit up my Third Eye Chakra, it’s a whole new level of knowing that this is a space that is TRUE ti their name LIVE. FIT. WELLNESS. I am excited to experience their Acupuncture next week. If you’re vibe is a Retreat Life For Life, this space is a place to be in the heart of the city. 🙏🤲✨🌎🥰
