Kor Fit is a gem in San Francisco! I generally hate working out, but I actually enjoy going to Kor Fit. The classes are tough in the best way—you always leave feeling like you’ve had a great workout, and I’m often sore the next day. I especially love the low-impact nature of the Barre style workout. It feels sustainable for the long term, not just something I can do while I’m young and have good knees! The workouts are approachable and judgment-free, making them perfect for any age or fitness level. It’s as challenging as you want it to be! The instructors are welcoming, encouraging, and friendly, with just the right amount of sass. Jen, the owner, has truly created something special. There’s an incredible sense of community among the people who come to class—everyone is supportive and unpretentious, which makes working out actually fun. I’ve become so much stronger and more toned by attending regularly. Highly recommend Kor Fit to anyone looking for a supportive, fun, and challenging fitness experience!

Took a class with Bridget and it flew by... Which is a good thing because it was fun, challenging and kept me busy and entertained that I didn't even look at the clock (which I tend to do at workout classes). What I loved the most about the class was the instructor actually paid attention to everyone. She politely and respectfully corrected my form and challenged me even further. The studio was SO clean without smelling like chemicals and the entire staff and other people taking the class were so nice. Can not wait to come back.

Independently owned Barre studio! Love the playlist and instructors are very knowledgeable. I'm still a beginner in Barre so the workouts are definitely difficult for me but I never feel called out, or on the flip side abandoned. Lockers available on site with given lock. Very clean.

Kor Fit is my favorite barre class in the Bay Area! The instructors are high-energy, knowledgeable, welcoming, and friendly. Jen and her team do a great job at creating a community amongst all of the attendees. Class toughness is great for all levels. I consider myself in relatively good shape, and I always leave very sweaty and sore for several days after. There are no showers, but there are bathrooms and changing stalls. The studio is locked during the classes so your stuff is safe. Parking on the street is easy for weekend classes-I've never had any issues. Bring your barre/grippy socks!
