Kino is my favorite gym I’ve ever been a part of. The gym is beautiful, clean, and super welcoming. I love that it’s locally owned and operated - Justin and Emily are legends! Such a wonderful community to be a part of. Also so great to have trainers and a PT in house (shout out to David)! 10/10 recommend!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Kino SF has been an absolute game-changer for me. This clean, beautifully organized gym is just around the corner from my apartment, making it incredibly convenient to fit workouts into my routine — especially after work. It’s thoughtfully managed so it’s never overcrowded, allowing for a comfortable, focused workout environment. After undergoing lower back surgery, I was cleared by my doctor to ease back into physical activity, and Kino SF turned out to be the perfect place for my recovery journey. They have all the essential equipment for self-guided workouts, and I really appreciated the flexibility to go at my own pace. I also decided to work directly with a trainer (for an additional fee), and I can’t say enough good things about my sessions with Sophia. Training with her twice a week has been not only incredibly motivating but also educational. Sophia designed a highly tailored program to support my needs, helped me understand every aspect of my training, and made each session approachable and encouraging. She is easy to get along with and truly invested in her clients’ progress. I can hardly believe that after years of major back pain — and surgery — I’m now on my feet, lifting weights, and feeling more like myself than I have in years. It’s wonderful to see a gym like Kino SF in the neighborhood, adding so much value to the community. Stellar praises all around!

My favorite gym!!! Clean, top of the line equipment, kind owners & trainers. I started at Kino a year ago when I became interested in learning to lift weights. I was intimidated about joining a gym at first, but Justin helped me connect with a trainer (Carson) at Kino. I’ve been doing training with Carson for over a year now and can’t say enough good things about the experience! Highly recommend Kino & training with Carson Stein.

I've been going to Kino for eight months now and I've seen tremendous progress. After training with Justin, I've gone from feeling like I could never be a "gym person" or using most machines to being comfortable with a wide range of exercises. Justin offers solid workouts, answers questions thoroughly, and is super friendly. Kino has a fun, inviting environment. The reservation system keeps me accountable to maintain my work out routine. And, all the personal trainers there are friendly and encouraging. If you're like me and have avoided going to a big box gym because you feel awkward or uncomfortable, Kino is the perfect solution.

I’ve been working out at Kino the past three months and it’s really been a great gym experience. Justin is top-notch and you can can really see the pride he takes in making Kino stand out. It’s always clean, the equipment functions well, and the scheduling system ensures you’ll rarely have to wait for others to finish their sets before you can use equipment. Members are all kind and accommodating. It’s a great neighborhood gym.
