reviewsWhat Members Say
Members consistently praise the knowledgeable and attentive teachers who are mindful of individual limitations and help with specific mobility issues. Many highlight the welcoming atmosphere, beautiful space, and thoughtful touches like consent chips for physical adjustments. Several reviewers mention significant progress over years of attendance and appreciate how instructors incorporate targeted stretches for modern lifestyle needs. One critical review noted a class felt too easy and unchallenging, with the teacher appearing unresponsive after class, though this appears to be an isolated experience among overwhelmingly positive feedback.

I've been going to Innerstellar for years, for the Pilates classes. I've done both group and private sessions, and all are great. The teachers are very mindful of your individual limitations. I love that they use consent chips to indicate if you are ok with touching. I struggle with shoulder mobility, and every teacher I've worked with has helped me get better. I've seen significant progress in the years I've been coming here!

Cuz I think Innerstellar is a serious Pilates studio, and I get along very well with my instructor, Melinda.

The beautiful physical space and warmth of the people at the front desk make the studio inviting. I found a teacher who works well for me. She is extremely knowledgeable and tuned in to our individual issues

This place is wonderful. Strong, knowledgeable, thoughtful teachers. I go to the forest yoga and stellar flow classes, albeit infrequently. But I love how the instructors spend some time in every class on hand/shoulder/neck stretches (good for all our screen time these days!) and abs. They've really perfected the crunch! I always feel like I get a good workout and a good stretch with each yoga mat class! Great way to start your week, and a lovely way to end your week, feeling physically relaxed and mentally centered. Highly recommend!

The class was way too easy, and they didn’t offer any adjustments or ways to make it more challenging. A lot of it was just lying still, and there was no music, so it felt really slow and kind of boring. I said thank you after class, and the teacher completely ignored me and walked right past. For how much a pilates class costs, you should at least get a workout or feel somewhat challenged for parts of the class at least. I won’t be coming back.
