I loved Gianna’s class. She was real, knowledgeable and confident. It was my first class at Haum and I felt really taken care of. The studio is simple, welcoming and relaxing. I also love that they have donation based classes during the week. I would definitely like to return if I were here for longer πŸ’– Thank you Haum!

I’ve been to a lot of yoga studios and Haum just has something different about it. The space feels really thoughtfully put together and everyone there, teachers included, made me feel welcomed. The class had a great mix of experienced and new yoga practitioners which always makes for a better experience in my opinion. The flow was on the gentler side for vinyasa but honestly that wasn’t a complaint, it was just a nice, well rounded class. Parking right across the street which was great. I’ll be going back. :)

I did the Sunday afternoon slow yoga with sound bath - it was wonderful. The front desk was so kind β€” did not make me feel stressed about being a few minutes late. I loved the meditative vibe of the class and the instructor was super down to earth. They did a great job of giving you a heads up about class logistics.

My first class at Haum was a great experience. It was the first yoga class I had done in a while and the instructor was kind and helpful. The studio itself was very clean and relaxing and it was a great space for a yoga class. I will definitely be booking more classes.

I went to HAUM for the first time a few weeks ago for a Slow Flow + Sound Bath class and it was amazing! I've been to several yoga studios in SF this one fosters a strong sense of community. I've since gone to an additional class and it's always a restorative and enjoyable experience. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a positive yoga experience with quality instructors.
