easily the best investment I’ve made for myself! from the variety of classes to the amenities to the gym equipment, no other gyms in the city even comes close to their standard.

Took a yoga class w Mary here and she was very warm and welcoming. It was challenging and a great workout. This location is sprawling. The art deco furniture is super fun. Tons of equipment. Personalized pumpkins. The details in the decor makes this location great for working!

Pretty nice, but no pool and minimal natural light. Great location to hit a workout class on the way home from work!

Customer service is horrendous. I asked them to help me get a temporary membership transfer because I will be out of the country for a month. Two girls sitting on their phones barely looked up to tell me “you can pay $40 a day but other than that we can’t help you.” Lovely to pay this much for people who make no effort to help you!

The hours are terrible. why does a gym that costs this much close at 8pm on Friday and 6pm on Saturday and Sunday? Fitness SF is substantially less expensive and has insanely better hours. Do better. Also, back in Chicago Equinox is open much later.
