Had an incredible experience at Crunch thanks to Justin. I’ve been traveling this summer and can say with confidence I haven’t interacted with any gym staff as helpful as Justin. Unlike staff at other gyms I’ve visited, he treated me with respect despite the fact that I’d only be in the gym for the week, as well as showing me around the facility to make sure I could take advantage of everything the location has to offer. Crunch is lucky to have people like Justin that make the first steps I take into the facility great every time.

If you just want to work out and don’t care about the quality and atmosphere this gym is for you. This is a basic gym at a “premium” price. Most of the equipment is out dated. The recent renovation work is shoddy and you will always see a contractor “fixing” stuff. Showers and bathrooms are not well ventilated. Poor equipment layout that blocks pathways. Not to mention the poor selection of group fitness classes. This place ranks way below planet fitness. Good show!

Honestly, what kind of business model holds clients hostage to Training sessions and memberships. If this is such a great gym why the heavy hand when people are wanting to move on. After, my response to a honest "hey I'd like to cancel"? MO is to run to the contract. Its a gym contract you'd think were buying a house here. It puts a bad taste to even want to come back in. But, that may be what you want ultimately, no one in the gym just a bunch of memberships expiring. OH WELL its just money.

Extremely disappointed and frustrated. This gym charged me twice for my membership — which is basically fraud — and when I tried to contact them, the customer service was terrible. No one from management responded or took responsibility, and I was completely ignored for days. I finally had to call a different location, and they were the only ones who actually helped me by reaching out to corporate to start my refund. This whole situation felt very sketchy and unprofessional. Makes me wonder how many other members are being overcharged without realizing it. Be careful with this place and check your bank statements if you’re a member.

Last time I went there was only one usable bench near the dumbbells out of 4. Two were under maintenance and someone had moved one to a squat rack. They’ve been broken for a week. I spent 15 minutes out of my 45 minute workout waiting for a bench. Fix your equipment!!!
