Dropped in at South Park CrossFit for the 7 AM class and had a great experience. The coach was fantastic. Super helpful and took time to work on kipping pull-up technique with us, which I really appreciated as a visitor. The community was incredibly welcoming; athletes went out of their way to introduce themselves and make us feel like part of the crew. The facility itself is impressive too, spacious, well-equipped, and clearly well taken care of. If you're looking for a great CrossFit gym to drop into in San Francisco, this is the spot. Highly recommend!

Did a class workout here with Coach Amber and had a blast. It was a small group, super welcoming, and the energy was great. We did the classic Fran workout and it was tough but fun. Amber is an awesome coach who keeps things motivating and makes sure form is on point. Definitely a five-star spot if you want a solid CrossFit session in SF.

I dropped in for a class when I was in town. I found the coach engaging and attentive. It was a fun class. I have done Crossfit for many years and have been to many boxes as I travel a lot. The facility was clean and spacious. The equipment was good. The vibe was supportive. The WOD was hard but had several levels of scaling. Thanks for the fun!

My partner and I dropped in for a few Hyrox classes, and they were incredible! Britt is an outstanding coach — knowledgeable, motivating, and detail-oriented. The programming goes beyond standard Hyrox movements, incorporating dumbbell work and other functional exercises that replicate the race stimulus while adding valuable cross-training variety. (Most other Hyrox gyms focus only on standard movements.) The 90-minute format is a huge advantage, offering more time for full race simulations compared to typical 60-minute sessions. Plus, will mention the recently installed brand-new turf that’s perfect for sled pushes and pulls. Because it’s also an excellent CrossFit gym, the variety in programming really shines. We’re currently preparing for several upcoming races (Osaka and Dallas), and this gym has become an essential part of our training. Highly recommend it to anyone serious about Hyrox and CrossFit!

Great Crossfit gym! Dropped in for 2 different workouts while in town on vacation. Coaches were amazing, very welcoming and helpful. Programming was great, everyone was very friendly. Will definitely drop in again next time I'm in town! Highly Recommended!
