One of the best CrossFit gyms I've been to! The atmosphere is fantastic, and the coaching is top-notch. Trainer Rachel Bradford is absolutely amazing—knowledgeable, motivating, and always making sure you're doing things safely and effectively. I had an incredible experience here, and when I'm back in San Francisco, this will be my go-to spot. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great workout and a supportive community!

Great gym and atmosphere. Great coaches and a very spacious gym. Coaches were very nice, and approachable. Rachel has been great assisting me with my queries and while I'm staying in San Francisco for work in the next 2 months. GREAT GYM over-all!

I began my functional strength training journey at CFPH and within a year was able to learn the mechanics of key Olympic weight lifting exercises, participate in my first CrossFit open and record PRs across all of them, not to mention develop a much deeper, practical understanding of how to use my body and mind to pursue strenuous physical activities in a safe manner. The team is incredible and the camaraderie is great. No matter what stage of your fitness journey you’re in or your familiarity with cross fit or Olympic weight lifting, I highly recommend you try out CFPH.

I worked out twice at CFPH while visiting SF. I found a remarkably welcoming community and Rachel ran some very good classes with a focus on form, a solid warmup, and a motivating atmosphere. Loved it and will go again next time

I had such a great experience training here with Rachel and Alexis. They’re amazing coaches who truly care, inspire you to push your boundaries, and make workouts both fun and safe with proper technique. The community is welcoming and supportive, and I always left feeling stronger and more confident. Highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for excellent coaching and a positive environment!
