Club Pilates Diamond Heights is a great place for beginners and advanced members. Neha explained everything really clearly and was super patient when walking me through what to do and how to do it correctly. Since I’m still learning and getting the hang of Pilates, this class made the experience feel much easier and more enjoyable. They also sell grippy socks if you don’t have any, which is really convenient. I’d definitely recommend coming here and taking a class with Neha—she makes a big difference.

I’ve been going to this studio for 3 months now and I’ve tried almost all the instructors and classes. The only class that I’m taking now is Carlos’s suspend class. It’s the best full body workout that will leave you sweating. The pace is good, the intensity is perfect, and Carlos is amazing. It is not for those that are not willing to push themselves to their limits. Carlos also has the best taste in music that will get your blood pumping.

The instructor was supportive, professional, and great at explaining each movement. The class was challenging in the best way! The studio was clean, calm, and well-equipped, making the whole session even more enjoyable. I’m definitely looking forward to coming back for more classes !

The instructors are spot on, they correct your form without making you feel stupid, and the classes are challenging but never soul-crushing. Super clean studio, chill group vibe, no pretentious nonsense. Proper worth it if you want to feel stronger without killing yourself in the gym — already booked more sessions !

I’ve visited several of the Club Pilates studios in the SF area but this one stands out as the best I’ve ever been to. Its has such a welcoming community feel! The staff and instructors are exceptional, always providing a challenging, welcoming, energetic, fun and a passionate enjoyable workout that keeps me engaged and focused. I can definitely feel myself getting stronger, with better posture and less body aches. It was the best decision I could have made for my physical and metal health.
