Bhakti SF has become a second home for me. It’s a wonderful place to deepen your spiritual practice by connecting with people who are also moving in a similar direction. They have great yoga classes, amazing and wise speakers who share their wisdom, and delicious prasadam after every event. Whether it’s a kirtan or a yoga class, everything includes a warm dinner. Bhakti SF runs completely on donations. I’ve been going every week, and it’s a great place whether you’re new to the city or simply curious to learn more. I’ve also been to two of their events outside the center — one on a farm and another retreat — and both were such meaningful experiences. Everyone here is so humble and always looking to serve. It’s truly a lovely community.

Bhakti SF is one of those rare spaces that feels less like a center and more like a home. Everything here is offered with heart. It’s volunteer-based, built by people who genuinely care about community, practice, and showing up for one another. On Fridays, they feed community members with warm, nourishing meals. You can come for yoga classes, participate in kirtan, listen to philosophy that invites reflection, or lie down for a sound bath. There’s space to participate, to learn, to serve, or simply to be. In a busy city, spaces like this are rare. Bhakti SF is a sanctuary, a gathering place, and a reminder that community is something we actively create together.

came here from classpass and im so glad i did it, probably one of the best yoga classes in my life. chris is knowledgeable in correcting my form and posture and super professional and passionate about yoga and meditation. i really enjoyed the experience. i also love that it's a small class, only 4 of us, chris was so kind he shared with us some food after and everyone stayed behind to chat a bit. i really like this community kind of feeling and can feel that chris poured his heart to run the place, i would recommend everyone to come join the class and rhe place is lovely and cozy :) thanks so much!
