24 Hour Fitness

I came in last night. Not a bad gym but what makes it is the staff. Superb young people, kind and very helpful and understanding of my situation. Isaiah was so amazing and I would recommend anyone who comes in. He’s new bout he does his absolute best and served as a us marine. His view on fitness was spot on, Oorah marine. I can tell this location will far😁

I went to the 24 Hour Fitness on Van Ness today and received OUTSTANDING customer service from Laura G. She was personable, patient and very helpful. She took her time showing me around the facility and went above and beyond to ensure I understood all of my options. Because of her quality customer service, I signed up for a year membership, well worth it for the value. As someone who works in sales, I know quality when I experience it, and Laura is an asset.

I just completed my free 3-day pass, and from the moment I arrived, Paola made the experience exceptional! She greeted me with a warm welcome, gave me a thorough tour of the facility, and clearly explained all the amenities and options available. Paola was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and friendly throughout the entire process. Thanks to her guidance, I decided to sign up for a year membership, and I’m excited to start working hard towards my goals. Highly recommend both the gym and Paola for anyone looking to get started.

I visited this gym today and had a great first experience. CAM was incredibly welcoming and took the time to show me around—especially the strength/weight training area and the sauna/steam room. Everything felt clean, well-organized, and the overall vibe was really motivating. What I appreciated most was how patient and friendly he was, answering my questions and making me feel comfortable as a newcomer. I ended up signing up for a membership on the spot because the facility and the experience were that good. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for solid equipment, great amenities, and a genuinely friendly staff. FILTHY. SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN BY THE BOARD OF HEALTH. OWNERS DO NOT RESPOND WHEN YOU GIVE THEM FEEDBACK STAFF STANDS AT THE FRONT DESK ON THEIR PHONE AND NEVER DOES CLEANING. ALWAYS MANY MANY BROKEN MACHINES. OFTEN THERE IS A BROKEN TOILET WITH POOP IN IT. THE CEILING IS CRUMBLING AND LEAKING AND THEY SIMPLY SET OUT GARBAGE CAN DAILY AS A WAY TO ADDRESS IT. OVER TWO YEARS I HAVE GONE HERE I HAVE SEEN ZERO IMPROVEMENT EVEN WHEN TALKING TO OWNWERS. I DON'T THE WINDOWS HAVE EVER BEEN WASHED. THEY AREN'T EVEN OPEN 24 HOURS NOW SO THEY ARE MAKING MORE PROFIT AND THEY STILL DON'T FIT OR CLEAN THINGS.
