I recently took Danielle's yoga sculpt class a few weekends ago at the bay park location, and it was an incredible experience! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was inviting, and Danielle's warm personality made me feel so comfortable. The class was a perfect blend of strength training and yoga, designed to challenge you both physically and mentally. I also really appreciated most was how Danielle structured the class. She provided clear instructions and modifications, ensuring that everyone could participate regardless of their fitness level. The workout was definitely challenging, pushing me to my limits, but Danielle's encouragement and upbeat music kept me motivated throughout. By the end of the class, I felt amazing. Despite the intensity of the workout, I left feeling energized, refreshed, and incredibly accomplished. Danielle's yoga sculpt class is a must-try for anyone looking to push their boundaries and leave feeling both challenged and refreshed.

Yoga 6 brought me back to yoga after a long hiatus. I can't thank the instructors enough. Their guidance and patience has me coming back 3x a week! I have an old football body with the scars to show. I find this study doing wonders for me. So, forget conventional rehab, join the only solution that works long term. The Bay Park studio is the perfect fit.

I love YogaSix as a franchise knowing I will get the same vibes across state lines when traveling, but this one disappointed me! The instructors are great, good for me to get back into Yoga after months away, the community seems somewhat collective!…but beware of the owner unless you too want to engage in gossip, and acting extremely inappropriate toward members. Go to Modo Yoga right across the street! This one is not like other YogaSix locations….gross cold tub that sweaty members can get in without use of a shower?

I cannot, in any good conscious, recommend anyone come here. I have been practicing yoga in San Diego for 16 years and I have never been in such an unprofessional and hostile studio as this. I had the unfortunate experience of taking a slow flow class with Hannah, and it was so jarring it has knocked me out of my parasympathetic nervous system for well over a week now. I am only just starting to recover now. One of the tenants of yoga is to do no harm, which she has failed miserably at. She's still on the schedule as of now, so I am writing this to warn others about potential harm that may come. I have been nothing but disoriented and confused since I took her class, due to her lack of awareness and unprofessionalism. Apparently, this is a reoccurring issue with her which means the behavior has been allowed to continue. I don't appreciate having my quality of life greatly reduced, my work and schoolwork affected due to someone's inability to understand the human nervous system or how it works. I didn't sign up for a heated rave. I signed up for a slow flow class which ended up traumatizing me into my sympathetic nervous system and greatly affecting the past week of my life. There are many other studios in the city that don't allow classes to be run in such a hostile manner and this experience is actually the most traumatic I've ever had in my entire yoga journey. Due to the length of time I've been practicing, I have several negative experiences but this one really takes first place. Hannah, if you're reading this, your carelessness and lack of giving half a rat's behind to your students mentally and physically harms people. You have no awareness of your surroundings or how environments affect people. You really should find another field to work in if you're going to continue acting this way.
