I've had the pleasure of practicing at Yoga One for over 3 years, and it's been a truly transformative experience. The owners and staff are professional, friendly, and welcoming, making every visit feel like coming home. Instructors are skilled and clear in their guidance, ensuring that students of all levels feel comfortable and supported, while also keeping the atmosphere lighthearted and fun. Since joining, I've seen significant improvements in my flexibility and stamina. The classes are thoughtfully designed to challenge and encourage growth at your own pace, fostering progress in both physical and mental well-being. The studio itself has a zen-like atmosphere that instantly puts you at ease, creating a peaceful space for deepening your practice. What sets Yoga One apart is the sense of community. From the staff to fellow practitioners, there’s a genuine support and connection that makes each visit even more special. Whether you're new or experienced, the clear guidance and calming, relaxed environment make it easy to grow and feel part of something greater. Each class leaves me feeling rejuvenated, centered, and proud of my progress. I highly recommend Yoga One to anyone looking for a welcoming, peaceful, and professional space to improve their practice while enjoying the journey and being part of an amazing community.

I am an older student who can't always get to the studio and am so grateful that they still offer on-line classes. I have been attending the Friday night restorative yoga since the 1st night it went on line. Missy and the occasional substitute teacher are all wonderful and make the whole experience perfect. When going into the studio there is a warm welcoming, like you are family, and an energy that I have not found anywhere else.

The perfect neighborhood yoga studio. Yoga One really stands out because of its inclusive vibe. I love that the students and teachers are always *real* people, not just perfectly chiseled bodies in matched sets. It's welcoming for everyone — from seniors, to pregnant people, complete beginners or advanced yogis. The instructors know their stuff and radiate positivity, and it’s a place where everyone can feel comfortable and included.

This place is a home away from home. The teachers here have so much soul and knowledge to share. I leave feeling more whole! Amy’s classes are lots of challenging fun. Michael’s classes have a lot of dad jokes. And missy’s classes are pure relaxation. 10/10 recommend

Gosh I miss this place and so glad it is still in business. I used to go there sometimes twice a day in the morning and the evening classes. They taught me handstands so fast which I thought I could never do. And by not teaching but allowing you to figure it out with proper guidance at your own pace. Worked for me. Adore this studio, loved the instructors and would recommend to not judge it (by looks) until u try it. I think their original/unpolished/ not upgraded interior is what separates them from other places, I would always return to them. * Vinyasa 1 & 2 I liked * And could never do the “restorative” class again, it was too peaceful/chill for me🤪 Super duper yoga one I’m grateful for u guys, keep flourishing and nourishing the downtown of San Diego! ☀️
