Look no further if you’re curious about yoga—you’ll get hooked fast! I started with the two-week trial for $20, and I ended up doing a hot yoga class almost every day. One day, I even did two classes because I added a sound bath—it was that addictive, so I quickly became a member. The instructors are amazing: Natalia, Marlene, and Jessica are all super kind, professional, and remember your name, which makes the experience so welcoming. I started with Hot 26 on a friend’s recommendation, and even as a beginner, I felt supported. Hot Fusion is faster-paced and hotter, so make sure you’re hydrated and fueled, while Yoga Sculpt is intense and invigorating—the energy of the class pushes you to do your best. The sound baths are deeply relaxing—I even teared up the first time—and the deep stretches in all classes leave you feeling amazing. I must admit- I never ever thought I'd give yoga a try and would only stick to weight, but Yoga lab proved me wrong. Even if you’ve never done yoga before, this place makes it easy to get into the practice and love it. I can’t recommend Yoga Lab enough, and the $20 trial is the perfect way to see if it’s for you! Ps. They have lockers as well- just definitely arrive earlier to find parking and get a spot that you like in the class of course. Certain places are hotter than others- feel free to ask.

Yoga Lab is a great place for community. They have an abundant of classes with different styles to learn from. Many familiar faces and new terrific instructors at this studio. For instance, I had the absolute pleasure to take Natalia’s power flow class. Her guidance is something to be experienced . Natalia’s class is effective and felt of pure bliss in my humble opinion. Also, Anelle, Sydney, and Giovanna excellent instructors that I’ve recently practiced with. That gave that similar energy in their own unique way. You’ll love the more experienced instructors such as Saira thats pure gold. Along with, Athena ,Marlene, Paulina, and Ana. All the instructors here are precious gifts under one roof. Their energy garnered through out the years of self practice speaks for itself . If you live near or close to this part of CV . Amazing place to practice and to be a part of. You’ll get your money’s worth no doubt. Keep up the great vibrations YL!

Surge Strength is my favorite class! Leslie is a great instructor, she cares and makes sure I have the right form to avoid any injury and get stronger. Her classes are fun, the moves go with the rhythm of the music!
