I never thought I would enjoy Yoga, but thanks to yogabox and their wonderful staff, I have become a regular. Everyone is amazing here, but the two instructors that go above and beyond are Victoria G. and Christina S. They are both extremely motivational and great leaders. Strenuous workouts, with clear instructions that even first time goers can follow. The 1 hour workout is more effective than what I was doing at the gym for two hours. Highly recommend.

This has been an amazing experience. I've attended classes for about two weeks. It has been challenging and therapeutic all at the same time. I am challenged physically - and as someone who use to weight lifts, I felt pretty weak. Don't let that scare you, the staff is so encouraging and most classes dim the lights (which gives you confidence to just focus on you!). I love this place!!!!

I have been coming here for almost two months now and it is one of the best yoga studios I have been to in a long time. They really value community and I feel like most of the instructors try to connect on a personal level.

I absolutely love the heated Vinyasa classes here! The instructors are incredibly helpful—always taking time to explain poses, offer modifications, and make sure everyone feels comfortable, no matter their experience level. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming (literally and figuratively!), and there’s a great sense of community in every class. It’s the perfect balance of challenge and relaxation, and I always leave feeling refreshed and grounded. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a supportive and uplifting yoga space!
