Kristen is an incredible personal trainer! I first went to see her three months postpartum, looking for ways to gain strength after pregnancy and get my body feeling back to "normal." She thoughtfully guided me through a strength-building routine where I progressed each week. It's almost been six months since I first started training with Kristen and I've never felt stronger! She's extremely knowledgeable about lifting and using proper form and is extremely supportive and motivating. I look forward to every session we have together and feel lucky to have her in my corner as my coach! I'd highly recommend her to anyone who wants to gain strength, get in shape, and have fun doing it. :)

Never have been a “gym” person so I was a bit uncertain of what the experience would be like. But I decided to sign up for personal training knowing I needed a kick start. What a great decision that was! Owner Kristin sized up my 73 year old body up and built a program that is energizing and bringing back some of the strength I’ve lost over the years. Best part is Kristen is connected and cares.

I came to Kristen for personal training earlier this year and this is the best gym experience I have ever had. I felt very out of shape and wanted something to kick my butt and help me re-prioritize fitness. Working one-on-one with Kristen is exactly what I needed! Wicked Fit is a gym that wants to work with everybody’s shape and abilities and I have felt very welcomed there. I never thought I would be a person who looked forward to going to the gym but I surprised myself and I’m actually having fun!

Best neighborhood gym! I can honestly say before joining Wicked Fit I was someone who exercised *maybe* once a month, doing ClassPass drop-ins at various commercial gyms, and never committing to any of them… Since getting a Wicked Fit membership over a year ago, for the first time in my adult life, I’ve been able to stick to morning workouts 5-6 days a week every week, and I feel strong and healthy, mentally and physically. The trainers here are all awesome, classes are challenging and always different, and there is a community that knows you and makes you feel at home. This gym is the best thing I spend money on.
