After breaking my ankle about nine months ago, I knew I needed to find a lower impact way to move my body without aggravating the injury. I came across West Coast Pilates on ClassPass and decided to give it a try and I’m so glad I did. I was immediately impressed by the variety of classes offered at different times and levels, which made it easy to ease back into a routine at my own pace. I’ve now had the pleasure of taking classes with Veronica, Kristy, Jodie, and Natalie, and every single one of them brings something special. They’re incredibly knowledgeable and clearly well versed in Pilates instruction, but they also make the classes approachable and fun. Each workout is thoughtfully structured, challenging in the best way, and leaves me feeling stronger. It’s been such a positive part of my recovery, and I’m really grateful I found this studio. Highly recommend whether you’re rehabbing an injury or just looking for an amazing workout.

I’ve been going to West Coast Pilates for almost two years now. The classes are great! A bit tricky to get into certain intermediate/advanced classes at times, but only because I use ClassPass which is understandable. Veronica and Kristy provide fun, challenging classes with great energy. The location is very convenient and I always feel like I’ve had a great workout when I leave.

I have been going to west coast Pilates for a little over 2 years. I love the studio and instructors. All instructors are professional and very well trained. . Deanne gave me private lessons in the beginning and I think beginners could really benefit from that. She is a wonderful instructor. . Kristy is another great instructor. Kristy makes the class fun, interesting, and works you. She keeps you on your toes with different moves daily. Johanna is another gifted instructor, fun and competent. . . I love Victoia also for her innovative moves, a somewhat new talent to this studio. These are the instructors I have spent the most time with. I can’t say enough how much I love going to THIS Pilates studio.

Love this studio great community here. Bianca is by far the best instructor hands down. Her cadence, her voice /presence -she is hands on , fun keeps you going , and she been teaching for more than 14 yrs. She is very versed , knows her stuff, she truly cares and tries to accommodate each client which makes her very special. If your new to pilates and want to learn the foundation ;do a few privates with her then jump into a class setting you won’t regret it . Oh, and she will push you even though you may not want to , but she make you sore all in a great way . So glad found this place.
