Valkyrie is my new home! I love the community and safety I feel when I enter the studio. Valkyrie truly feels like a magical place! They offer daily breath work classes, which I’ve never experienced at a yoga studio. I’m so grateful they offer this experience and that it is included in the membership. The teachers are wonderful, kind, and caring. They each have their own individual style of teaching, and It’s been fun getting to experience each teachers personality and style. The studio has a new student intro week for $33. I started my journey with the intro week, and now I am a member of the studio ❤️. Forever grateful to have found Valkyrie 🫶🏽

Valkyrie has been such an amazing and welcoming space. The yoga and breathwork facilitators have all been authentic and caring. This is a special place where deep healing has been able to happen for me. I would recommend it for anyone looking for a supportive community where they can develop a deeper connection to themselves alongside likeminded people.

Valkyrie is amazing and offers something unique compared to other local wellness studios. There’s a lot of variety in the class types and teachers, often something or someone new to try. The space itself is clean, welcoming, and spacious. Its deepened my practice to have no mirror wall and the lighting/vibe is always just right. They have tons of props- I always use the pillows blocks and blankets or their high quality mats. The price is affordable and I appreciate their levels of membership options- my friends love when I offer them my guest pass. I think Valkyrie has perfected the art of letting you explore the spiritual / emotional aspects of yoga/breath/sound without imposing their spiritual lingo or forcing beliefs on participants. I’ll come back again and again! Highly recommend

This is my favorite studio in San Diego! It isn’t just a place to do yoga - it’s a place to heal. All of the instructors I’ve taken are amazing. The studio also offers breathwork, sound healing, reiki, men’s/women’s circles, and more. It draws a great community of people and I’m so grateful to have it in my neighborhood. My wife and I are about to finish the 5 week breathwork facilitator program and we’ve had a 10/10 experience. I highly recommend it to anyone interested in learning more about intentional breath.

I absolutely love this studio. The space itself is beautiful, calming, and thoughtfully designed. You can really feel the intention behind every detail, from the warm lighting and hanging panthos to the cozy props and heaters during evening classes. All of the instructors I’ve taken classes with (Margie, Agnete, Seya, and Monica) have been incredible. They each create such a supportive, nurturing environment that helps you slow down, feel safe in your body, and really tune into the deeper parts of yourself. That’s something I wanted to focus on, and their classes have made such a difference. I started coming here because breathwork had already shown me how powerful it could be for my mental health, and I wanted to deepen that work. I loved that this studio offers breathwork daily, and signing up for a membership has been a great additive to more personal growth. The breathwork sessions ending in sound healing has helped me integrate whatever comes up and leaves me feeling grounded, calm and held. The Yin yoga with sound sessions have also been amazing for helping me slow down and reconnect. Every class I’ve taken has left me feeling supported, cozy, and nourished. I’m really grateful to have found this place. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a studio that goes far beyond the physical practice and truly supports your whole self.
