This place is amazing! Doesn't look like much from the outside, but don't let that fool you, the second you walk in the door they've created an inviting space and sense of community.

Fantastic yin & sound bath with Rex. Rex is a great instructor- from his cues, to recommendations assembling the blocks/bolsters/blankets into optimal setups and playing singing bowls & harmonium during class. Thanks Rex!

The instructors are incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and supportive, catering to all skill levels. They have a sauna and little gym space as well.
