I’ve been working out with my personal trainer Greg three times per week for many years. The best of the best! I am so grateful to him for keeping me fit and motivated. I lost 20 pounds and several dress sizes. I feel healthy and good about myself and life because of his dedication to my fitness. Thank you so much, Greg!

I have been training with Stan at New Breed Fitness for a couple of months and it’s been amazing. What I really appreciate about Stan is the time he took to make an assessment, understand where my weaknesses and tensions are, and craft a specific program for me. When I joined, I explained to Stan that I had some stiffnesses that limited me in some movements and that I would have liked to work on them. After the assessment, Stan gave me the list of which muscles are overactive (tense) and underactive (weak) in me, together with a list of exercises aimed at strengthening my weaker muscles. He also taught me how to stretch my tense muscles and how to breathe while exercising (which I personally thought was incredibly useful). Although it hasn’t been long, I can already see (and feel!) some of the results that I was hoping to see. For this reason, I am super happy to give Stan and New Breed Fitness a 5 star review!

The BEST workout I’ve had in a long time! What a great facility, trainers, and community. Coach K and Coach Chris are top notch professionals who truly have a passion for helping others. They adjusted the workout to fit all fitness levels and made sure everyone was SAFE! Thank you Coaches!

Exactly what you're looking for! Stan, Greg, and the crew have an unbelievably positive atmosphere. Very reassuring place filled with people with great attitudes. These guys totally get IT!!!
