After doing a variety of group fitness classes for 15+ years, The Yard Gym is unlike any workout out there. It’s extremely challenging, yet efficient and you always leave each class feeling like you’ve just had the best workout. Aside from that, The Yard has created such a community that’s just an absolute vibe. The people (from members to coaches to front of house) are incredible and make working out so fun.

I've been into fitness since I was about 16 years old. I started weight lifting in high school and never stopped. As I've gotten older, I've found it difficult to give myself the proper workout to hit my fitness goals. At my age (35), I need to be in a class surrounded by others who are all ready to bring the heat. The Yard Gym has given me just that. It's really the first time in my life I've committed to an instruction led class with warmups, work outs, and guidance provided for you as opposed to doing it on your own. I'm entering my 4th week but I can already feel gains in my muscular strength and have lost a few pounds as well. The best thing about here are the people! Everyone is always encouraging you to push yourself harder, be a little better, and grow as a community. I highly recommend

I have been going to The Yard Gym for about a year now, and I cannot say enough great things about it. They have childcare which makes working out manageable, and the coaches, members, and facility are top notch. I'm so grateful to be part of this community!

The best gym in San Diego. Clean facility, the best coaches, and an incredible atmosphere for challenging workouts! Extra shoutout to the additional pilates, yoga and mobility classes... add to the entire experience. Couldn't recommend more.

Anyone who enjoys group fitness will love The Yard Gym! The coaches and the folks who run the place are awesome people, and the workouts get you out of your comfort zone. Of the countless group fitness studios I’ve been to, this one is my favorite. Try their 2-day trial, you won’t regret it!
