Lorien is a fantastic employee. I saw her doing well dealing with a difficult customer in front of me and she had seamless service with myself and others.

Sent my 6 year old to single day camp recently. I was so impressed by Beth, who welcomed and connected with her immensely. The staff seems to be very involved and she had a GREAT TIME! More fun than the ymca for sure. We’ll be back in summer. I also love to swim here! The pool is the perfect temp for me, very clean, and everyone is super friendly!

Awesome place with so many activities; been going here since I was a kid. Only down side are the limited hours on the weekends (that’s the only time I get to do anything), and the receptionist I spoke to today. I just got off work so I was still in costumer service mode - I’m very polite towards her, but she responded with smart remarks, as if I was just another stupid costumer with more stupid questions. Didn’t really appreciate that.

Prices go up, services are curtailed. The 19 year olds at the desk never know what’s going on. They should try paying fewer people more money to see if the organization flourishes. Or just continue to hope no one notices.
