I’ve tried a lot of different gyms around San Diego and Movement Warehouse has been my favorite! Great community and great workouts! I love that they give focus to mobility in conjunction with strength. Shoutout to coach Jackson for always bringing the energy and keeping me on track during my 6 week challenge! Highly recommend giving movement warehouse a try!

If you hate going to the gym like me, Movement Warehouse is the place to go! The coaches make it fun and are all very personable. Every one of them takes the time to get to know you. They never over push you and the class structure is much better than a CrossFit or F45. They don’t do sketchy stuff like trying to get you to rip through a set of heavy lifts as fast as you can and risking injury. I love the 6 week strength cycles they do where you get to work on your maxes for different lifts. It keeps you motivated to come in during those 6 week periods and better yourself. I signed up for their golf simulator membership too with their sister company Beachside Greens (in the same warehouse). When I have the time, it’s fun to get a round of golf in on the simulator in an hour then do a gym workout back to back!

The Movement Warehouse is so much more than a place to workout. It’s a community. No matter where you are in your fitness journey or what your goals are, you’re welcomed and supported. I had been away from working out for 8 years and MVMT welcomed me with open arms. My goal wasn't to be a size 2. My goal was to get stronger. What I like best about MVMT is that members show up for each other, cheer each other on, and make it genuinely fun to work out. The trainers really care and the vibe is always positive. For me, MVMT isn’t just about getting stronger physically. It’s about being a part of something uplifting and supportive.

I would like to start off by saying these photos were taken roughly 18 months apart and what a journey it has been so far. I didn’t realize the extent of how much I changed for the better until Michael (Gym Owner) sent me both sets. Started out about 185lbs, currently I'm at 165lbs and I can honestly say that all the results that I have gotten are 100% a direct result of coming to this gym. The goal I had for myself was to lose weight, get lean, and gain muscle not for show but for function and mobility. I have a crazy work schedule but MVMT provides workouts spread throughout the day so it was helpful finding a time that worked for me which varied day to day. When I was consistent, I managed to get in 3-4 workouts a week which kept me at a solid improvement rate. There have been weeks that I could only attend 1 workout or completely miss a week and these classes made jumping back into the rhythm easy. Yes the workouts will kick your butt, but in the best way. Workouts already planned out and broken down before each class, supportive coaches ready to walk you through the correct form, friendly gym regulars making the whole experience fun and pressure free. This is definitely one of those, you get out what you put in, type of deal but you can always rely on anyone that goes/works there to motivate you to put in a bit more each time. I did the 6 week challenge once and that really helped with understanding the purpose of each workout station, made me focus and better my eating habits to get more protein intake, and it was great to have that one-on-one check ins with the trainers. Long story short, love the results I'm seeing so far and I can’t recommend joining this gym enough. Great workouts, great coaches, great environment. Looking forward to the next 18 months!

By far, the best Gym in Pacific Beach and honestly San Diego. Started classes before my wedding and quickly toned up and lost weight (15 pounds!) 💪 I'm still going because I love the workouts, coaches, and atmosphere. The outdoor area is unbeatable, the workouts always have variety, and the people are fun - definitely a community. Whether you're newer in your fitness journey or an athlete looking to stay in top shape you'll feel motivated and welcomed in by the Movement crew.
