My favorite gym ever ! The community is great , staff is great ( they care about the members truly) , clean environment ALWAYS. I could never speak bad of this gym! 1000000/10 THANK YOU TG

My name is Andrew, and I just wanted to give a big shoutout to Adrian for helping me resolve my recent issue. I’ve been dealing with some personal matters that caused me to pause my account, and Adrian went above and beyond to assist me. I really appreciate the entire staff for being so understanding and supportive. As soon as I take care of what I need to, I’ll definitely be back at the gym. Thank you all for being amazing!

Update: They've started to make room for more machines and fix the mirrors, which is neat. Everything else I said before is the same, except I got an email from the owner that said you can use the towels from the sauna/cold plunge as long as you return them. It's something. I will say I miss the old morning crew because the music/TVs at 3-5 a.m. are always off everywhere and you have to remind the guy to turn them on. It's awkward when you forget your earbuds, my dude. Ya know? Overall good machine options. The premium membership is worth it for the private area and saunas/cold plunge. I just wish they sold or provided bath towels in the locker rooms and allowed you to rent a locker. Like, if you want a cash grab then that's what they should be doing to compete with luxury gyms. No one seems to use the showers otherwise. They always have signs that they'll throw away your stuff if you leave them. Also, maybe clean the saunas a little better... They're just smelly a lot of the time.

Workers at the front desk so meant and always in the cell phone. Housekeeping ladies go inside of the men's lockers they don't care if we are using the urinals or getting dress. The gym closes at 9 pm on Saturdays and the last one Angelina turned the lights off 10 minutes before 8 pm. Said was closed for holiday hours. They don't have any announcement about it

Love the Gym itself and have been coming here for years but the Customer service sucks and ruins the gym experience they don’t even look at you when you buy stuff, they’re rude especially today with that guy and red hair girl and they roll their eyes at you for no reason. They really need to learn how to show the smallest amount of customer service/ manners. Sucks y'all allow this behavior.
