ALL GOOD VIBES HERE! This studio is so calming and all of the instructors are very kind, friendly and talented! Great flows with steady intention and all bring focus and mindfulness to your life chaos/prioritizing mental health. So many different offerings for types of classes and all have met my needs when I needed it most, given a year of great loss/grief. Thank you for this safe space to heal! 🩷

Sojourn is easily my favorite yoga studio. The instructors are kind, good at what they do, and the variety of offerings is great. The community aspect of the space is unmatched - you can tell how much the people here love to stay connected & over the two plus years I've been a member, I've felt supported and welcomed.

Sojourn is the best studio in San Diego, hands down — especially when it comes to community. The warmth here is real. People actually talk to each other, teachers remember you, and there’s this grounded, welcoming vibe from the moment you walk in. The teachers are incredible — strong, thoughtful, and really present — and the classes always feel intentional without being overly serious. Their workshops and events are also a huge plus; they’re fun, creative, and a great way to connect with people off the mat. I leave every single time feeling lighter, stronger, and just…better.

A friend who formerly lived in Seattle recommended Sojourn, so I decided to take a drop in class while I was in town for business. I have to say that the experience was exceptional from start to finish. Whitney, the instructor who welcomed me, was very helpful and led a wonderful yin class. The space was clean and calm, and I can't think of what could have been better. I'll definitely be back the next time I am in San Diego.
