Been going here for years. Armando and Monica K are my favorite instructors at this studio for their 90 min traditional style! They give great pointers and point out areas to fine tune! I appreciate having them in my practice. Thank you SD Yoga Center.

Hands down the best yoga studio in San Diego. The hot yoga has 60 and 90 minute options and Vinyasa will change your life. Everyone is warm and welcoming and beginners like me fit in right along side experienced yogis. I love this place!

My home away from home for many years!! These are my people 💯. From hot yoga, Inferno hot pilates, Yin yoga , and an occasional vinyassa class, a different experience from each. Doubles are a thing for many and a great workout!! I recommend this studio for anybody!! Young, older, ( I'm almost 62) athletic or sedentary! It will more likely than not be a game changer and add something to your life you didn't know you needed:) Namaste

I have been attending various classes here over the past few years and it’s time I give them a shout out! All the staff and yogis are friendly and encouraging. I started as a beginner, attending maybe 1-2 yoga classes and never hot yoga. Each instructor has their own style and tips, which I find helpful in my growth. They are always available for questions and assistance. My favorite classes are hot Pilates, hot yoga, and yin but there’s truly a class for everyone here! This place helped me recover physically and mentally after the pandemic and I’m forever thankful for this community I’ve been provided with! Love y’all SD Yoga Center 💛💛 For the building itself, they also have showers and a locker type room upstairs for women. Not many places offer that and it’s a nice amenity to have!

I really enjoyed the new student intro deal and some of the classes, but the only times I could make it were typically during Bikram yoga so to me there wasn’t a lot of variety with classes and times. I like Bikram every once in a while, but not every day. Also, the guy that works there was not that nice to me at all and would almost “talk dumb” to me if I asked specific questions about the classes and student deal.
