Dan has truly elevated Byron’s game and played an essential role in his athletic development and recovery. He’s been with Byron since high school, always showing up on the sidelines and being a key part of his journey to earning over 30 Division 1 offers. After Byron’s knee and ankle surgeries, Dan worked meticulously on scar tissue breakdown and flexibility restoration. His expertise and hands-on techniques helped Byron recover quickly and efficiently—keeping his body game-ready week after week. Dan was a vital part of our pre-and post-game prep and recovery routine, and his attention to detail made all the difference. Byron is at Syracuse and his body misses Dan. While we hate that he’s relocated, we’ll definitely be flying up periodically to continue working with one of the best in the industry.

I have been following Dan and the Rude Rock Team for a while now. Dan and his team's granular understanding of peak athletic performance is second-to-none. What is more impressive is their ability to use this knowledge to curate effective and easy-to-follow strength and conditioning programs for all levels and abilities. As a sports physical therapist myself, I not only use Rude Rock's programming for my own training, but also use it to enhance the programming of my clients and athletes. Cannot recommend these guys enough!

My daughter went to Dan (Rude Rock Strength & Conditioning) for some foot pain (plantar fasciitis) which was masking ankle weakness and instability. She plays soccer so her feet are everything. The pain is now gone and she is able to focus on injury prevention in her ankles. Dan is amazing - very professional and invested in his athletes. He recommended several at home treatments and exercises; my daughter has learned so much from Dan and she is owning her precovery and recovery.

My son Parker began working with Danny after being diagnosed with Severe’s disease in his heels. He is an avid football player and extremely active and was struggling with significant heel pain. Consequently, he then had a stress fracture. Danny was extremely reliable and helpful to his recovery. Parker never wanted to miss a session and saw serious improvement in his feet after working with Danny. Thank you Danny!

Had the chance to train and workout with them for a 5 month period, and it was the best training I’ve ever had in my life. The attention to detail for workouts, the reasoning, and results were amazing. Only thing I disliked was not working out with them more
