I’ve been going to Renegade at College for a few months now, and it’s really helped me stay consistent with my workouts. The coaches are amazing—always full of energy and encouragement—which makes a huge difference in motivating me to show up. Special shout out to Coach Rache who has invested so much into this space and it shows. The classes are fast-paced and took a little time to get used to, but after a few sessions, I found my rhythm and started to really enjoy them. What I also really like is that they offer multiple class times throughout the day, and it’s super easy to book or cancel sessions. It makes it convenient to find a time that fits my schedule. I’ve always struggled with getting myself to go to the gym, but having this place and community has made it easier. I always leave feeling great. I’d highly recommend Renegade to anyone looking for a supportive, high-energy fitness environment.

I love this location! Rachel and Michael are amazing coaches that really pay attention and give immediate feedback on form and modifications. Before going here, I was a bit intimidated to start a fitness class, but everyone here is super welcoming. I feel myself getting better with every class. Highly recommend this location.

I’ve been going to Renegade for a while, and though all the instructors have been amazing in their own ways I have to talk about how much Coach Rach is investing in this location. She brings so much heart to the space and is always thinking of ways to make it better for the members. You feel it in the energy of the room. More people look up and cheer, more people are paying attention to each other, and there is a genuine air of positivity that I am so grateful for. Check out everyone and find who you love because they are all working so hard on making it the best it can be 🤍

This has been my go to gym for the last 4+ years. Initially there is a learning curve and you may have to rely heavily on reading the board and learning what some of the moves or exercises are but once you get past that, it is so nice to go to class and have your week of arms/legs/fully body exercises planned out for you. I started going to Hillcrest/north park location which I loved but my new go to is the college location. They have many different class time options depending on your schedule, memberships are very fairly priced compared to other gyms, and the coaches are great. I also love that there are so many locations in San Diego and you can go to any of them.

Renegade has officially got me back on the workout wagon after far too long. I was very nervous about returning after almost 4 years but I’m so glad I got over it. I’ve attended 3-4 classes a week for the last month and I feel amazing, truly the best way to start my day. I frequent the College Area location - Michael and Rach are awesome. They bring good energy and offer modifications appropriately, making it approachable for people at any stage of their fitness journey. The studios are clean, organized not obnoxiously bright (weirdly one of my favorite parts). Solid workout packed into 50 minutes, goes by so fast.
