I recently started attending this newly opened Pilates studio, and I couldn't be happier with my experience! So glad to have this new Pilates studio in the neighborhood! I am not local, but I am definitely willing to return. The space is spotless, modern, and clearly very well taken care of. The instructor is fantastic—super thorough and takes the time to explain each movement in detail, which makes a big difference whether you’re a beginner or more experienced. I’m really enjoying the classes and feel stronger and more aligned already. Highly recommend checking it out!

My mom was having hard time with back pain and I have her enroll in Pilates classes. She said the instructor is patient and encourages doing with confidence. Her knowledge of body and attentive instruction definitely helps my mom’s improvement of form and flexibility, as well as back pain. With recommendation of “Pure Balance Pilates” by mom, I’ll be also attending classes soon and very excited.

My experience at Pure Balance Pilates has been amazing. Sue is knowledgeable and patient.😌 She helped me with my postpartum lower back pain and it got so much better. She will work with you according to your needs!

I’ve been diligently attending these Pilates classes since they’ve opened! Total newbie at Pilates but Soo was so kind and attentive in showing the correct form and exercises to feel a good workout! Definitely will be coming back as a regular of hers~ :)
