Allison was amazing! Booked her for my sister’s bachelorette and she provided all of the equipment and found the perfect spot in Balboa park. Super communicative and adaptable to your group’s needs. Would definitely book again!

My law firm hired Allison to lead a private yoga class for us in San Diego during an annual conference there. Allison was fantastic in both her run up to the event and in leading the class. She was extremely accommodating and friendly throughout the planning process, and she picked up instantly on the right type of yoga for the group (gentle stretching). If you are thinking about hiring Allison to teach a group or privately, I highly recommend her.

My instruction with Allison has been far superior to previous experiences in group yoga classes. In her one on one session, she confirms proper form and corrects as needed. I feel reassured that not only is she looking out for injury prevention, but that I am also getting the greatest overall benefit from yoga. Allison is incredible! I have done yoga for many years and I must say she is the best! She is different in that her technique really stretches and works your body in a way that is almost like a massage therapist at the same time! She knows her stuff and is always timely and reliable. I am so impressed with her and I always feel great after even if it's a challenging session. Amazing. Highly recommend.
