Moises is an EXCELLENT trainer and is someone who cares about your goals. I came to Moises having almost no knowledge when it came to strength training. I was a bit intimidated at first but he taught me with patience and care. Each session I have with him feels very personalized and catered to my needs. He’s also a great conversationalist so that made me even more comfortable with our sessions. Every week I felt stronger, which was my main goal. I highly recommend Moises as a personal trainer! I honestly wish I found out about him sooner.

If you’re looking for a San Diego personal trainer who actually listens and tailors workouts to your goals—Moises at ML Strength and Conditioning is it. I came to Moises after hitting my 40s and noticing my energy dipping, fat creeping in, and strength going downhill. I train with him at his gym on Miramar Road near the Pyramid, and every workout is smart, challenging, and exactly what I need. He focuses on full-body, fundamental weight training, and it works. Moises pushes just enough to keep me progressing, without making me dread the gym. He works with all fitness levels—from beginners to older adults to serious lifters—and he’s genuinely one of the nicest guys you’ll meet. Can’t recommend him enough if you’re in San Diego and need personal training that’s effective, supportive, and sustainable.

Moises is an excellent trainer! He's knowledgeable enough to adapt exercises to fit your ability and adjust his training plan to help you strengthen any weaknesses. He personally helped me work through an injured shoulder, which was a huge benefit. He consistently pushes you to improve, but also knows when to ease off. Beyond the workouts, he's always willing to offer suggestions for how to enhance your overall fitness, whether it's advice on gear, additional exercises, or diet. Thanks to Moises, I've gotten significantly stronger, far stronger than I was able to achieve with previous trainers.

Moises is an excellent trainer. No matter your age or initial level of fitness, his skillful, focused instruction can help you improve your strength, endurance, and physique. Whether you train alone or in a group, you’ll have fun and feel supported. Training with Moises has enabled me to gain muscle and lose weight. I have the same bone density as someone decades younger. It’s one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.

Moises is such an excellent coach! He is very flexible and works with your schedule, and he pushes you to do your best at every training session. If you get accidentally injured or if you encounter some setbacks in your physical fitness journey, he will create a modified training regimen to rehabilitate your injury and target other muscle groups. I've been coming to his gym since January 2025 and I've been getting some compliments now from friends and co-workers alike. Indeed, I highly recommend ML Strength & Conditioning whether you're a beginner, intermediate, or advanced individual to help reach your physical fitness goals.
