Hoppy Yoga is always an awesome time! Katie was teaching for years at Culture Brewing in OB (who was a Rockstar!) and now we have Nam, who is well known in the yoga community and is such a pleasure to have as our teacher. Always learning new ways to adjust poses and think more about our anatomy. It's refreshing to have a hands-on teacher who is patient and always keeping us on our toes. Thanks, Hoppy Crew!

The best yoga practice around!!! Great for all levels - I am a beginner and felt very comfortable yet challenged every time I’ve attended. Also, beer! It doesn’t hurt that they have partnered with some of my favorite breweries to offer this practice. A great start to a weekend day!!!
