I can’t say enough good things about this gym and its incredible staff! The trainers are professional, positive, and truly invested in your success. Every class feels organized, supportive, and fun. As someone with ADHD, I find the big screens showing the workouts especially helpful — they make it so much easier to stay focused and confident throughout the session. It’s one of the few gyms where I actually feel seen and supported. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for structure, motivation, and a team that genuinely cares about you!

I’ve been attending Hardcore Fitness since 2018, and this gym has been such a big part of my life here in SD. HCF was my first introduction to group training, and I immediately fell in love with the gym, community, and classes they offered. Before joining, I had no prior experience with strength training, but thanks to the great trainers and their 60-day challenges, I’ve learned so much about health, nutrition, and mindset. I’ve seen incredible improvements in my physique over the years. I’ve increased my muscle mass, reduced body fat, and built sustainable healthy habits. Most importantly, I’ve gained a solid understanding of fitness fundamentals, a newfound confidence, and a love for health and fitness that I’ll carry with me forever. I am sad to go as I am moving out of state, however I will always be grateful for Hardcore Fitness, the trainers, staff, and the incredible friends I’ve made along the way. Thank you all for being such an important part of my journey ~ you will be missed!

Absolutely Top-Tier Fitness Experience! I was in San Diego for a week for a conference and was looking for a place to get some serious workouts in—and Hardcore Fitness delivered above and beyond! The coaches are phenomenal. Every staff member helped push me to my absolute limits in the best way possible. They are knowledgeable, motivating, and know exactly how to tailor the intensity whether you’re a local or just dropping in. Their class schedule is incredibly flexible, which made it easy to fit workouts around a packed conference schedule. If you want great coaching, killer classes, and to get absolutely worked, you need to check this place out. Huge thanks to the whole team for making me feel welcome and leaving me completely spent! Five stars!

I have been a member at Hardcore DT since 2022. It has been a pleasure working with the amazing trainers and staff. They make you feel at home and it is a big community. I will recommend Hardcore to anyone and especially if you starting your fitness journey. Love this place!

This gym is great for group classes, helpful trainers, and achieving your goals in a positive atmosphere! I joined the gym during a Challenge, where I had two months to work with my team for accountability and making sure we got our strength and cardio training done. The trainers kept us going and celebrated milestones with us and it became a sustainable lifestyle after the challenge ended. I recommend this gym for anyone starting out their fitness journey or anyone looking to get a boost and hone in on some skills and techniques. I’ve learned so much about flexibility, lifting, and nutrition. Thank you HCFDT! 💕
