Very professional! Worked with me for over a month trying to get all of the details together. James and his team were very patient and understanding. The 3D layout was a plus, I was able to visualize my gym before they installed. Definitely recommend

Gym Bro Fitness is phenomenal! I needed to make some changes to my online order and they were extremely helpful and accommodating. I went to San Diego to pick up and the process was extremely fast! They had my order on a cart, ready to go before I walked in the door. I missed the name of the gentleman that helped me but he loaded my order directly into the car and I was done within a couple minutes! Reading through past reviews, I now realize they have a whole warehouse/show room down there. Next time I'm in that area, I'll plan on checking that out!

Amazing experience!!! 1. Knowledgeable staff members helped me maximize my space in my garage gym build. 2. Great customer service. Friendly and Always available for answering any questions. 3. Great prices for great quality equipment. Through out the COVID pandemic, other companies were charging a crazy amount of money for equipment. I never felt overcharged or taken advantage of by the staff at GymBro. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for fitness equipment at any level. From home space to commercial use, The staff at GymBro will make it simple, fast, and painless.

Good experience so far! Won’t know of the quality of the machine until I use it a bit. One thing I didn’t like was a lot of metal shavings when I un-packaged the parts and they went all over my house and I’m still dealing with it.

Purchased a hip press a year ago. Was supposed to take 8-12weeks to receive it. 12 weeks passed and never got any updates. Contacted them multiple times for updates and each time it was a different story. Asked for a refund and have been ghosted. They stole almost $4,000 from a small gym owner. Some veteran owned business.
