I’ve been going to this Elevate on and off for about eight years, and I’ve consistently had a great experience. The studio is always clean and well maintained, which makes it easy to feel comfortable the moment you walk in. Every instructor I’ve taken class with has been welcoming, supportive, and knowledgeable. They meet you where you are, but they also challenge you to push a little further each time. The workouts are always different, so you never get bored, and they never get easier, in the best way! I’m constantly surprised by how much stronger I feel and how much there still is to improve. If you’re looking for a studio that combines a positive atmosphere with consistently challenging classes, this is it :)

I’ve been doing Elevate Lagree Training for almost two years, and it has truly transformed my body. The 40-minute workouts are incredibly effective — they target muscles I didn’t even know I had and build real strength in a short amount of time. Since starting, I’ve noticed significant improvements in my overall strength and especially my balance. The program is well-structured and flexible, allowing you to choose how often you attend each week or month, which makes it easy to stay consistent. Another big plus is the affordability compared to many boutique fitness programs. The instructors who lead each class are motivating, attentive, and genuinely helpful, making every session feel supportive and encouraging. If you’re looking for an efficient, challenging workout that delivers results, Elevate Lagree is absolutely worth trying.

Started coming to elevate’s lagree classes about a month ago and wow (!!!) have these classes improved my core strength. Coming from a Pilates and strength training background I thought I was ready, I was not! Jaya (whose classes I usually attend) is attentive and takes her training seriously. She recognizes the people who come in and I can tell her classes get progressively harder as the newness wears off. She is also very kind and instructive when you ask for help with your form. I already feel like these classes are having a greater impact on my core strength and stability than the Pilates classes I was in before. Will be coming back!

Elevate was the very first Lagree class I ever took, and it’s still one of my favorite studios in San Diego. I originally found it through ClassPass, but I kept coming back and eventually purchased a class pack because it became my go-to. The instructors are all great, and the workouts are consistently challenging, yet accessible for any level. I really appreciate the clear cues and thoughtful modifications/intensifications they offer.

ElevateSD is the best! I'm a religious versaclimber and their studio and instructors are top notch. I've been to most across the country and their passion, energy and dedication to their clients is strong. The Lagree studio is equally amazing and instructors that kick your booty but do so in a caring way is incredible. Hands down the place to go in SD.
