I can't say enough about the amazing all around experience!!! Rebecca the owner is very kind and helpful! Everyone gives you that welcoming feeling, and roots you on in such an inspiring way like for instance during your run as you pass each other one would say "great job" and you feel its genuine because everyone is in pain, but doing it! π€£ποΈββοΈποΈββοΈ I β€ this place!!!

I absolutely love CrossFit La Mesa! This gym has exceeded all my expectations and deserves every bit of its 5-star rating. From the moment I walked in, the owners and coaches made me feel like part of the family. Their knowledge, enthusiasm, and dedication are truly inspiring. Not only are the owners and coaches exceptional, but the fellow gym members are also incredibly friendly and supportive. It's a true community where everyone encourages each other to push their limits and achieve their fitness goals. I've made some great friends along the way. One of the standout features of CrossFit La Mesa is its seven-day-a-week availability. This is a rare gem in the fitness industry, and it's been a game-changer for me. I can always find a convenient time to work out, no matter how hectic my schedule gets. CFLM is an exceptional gym with fantastic owners, coaches, and members. The seven-day availability is a huge plus, and the facility is well-maintained. If you're looking for a welcoming community and a place to challenge yourself, this is the gym for you.

I tried my first ever CrossFit Workout at LA Mesa CrossFit. I felt immediately welcomed and loved the workout! I would and will definitely recommend this CrossFit gym to my friends and family.
