Great programming and coaching. Hard to find a gym that does its own programming in San Diego, really makes the classes run smoothly. Always clean in the gym and classes start and stop on time. Really welcoming community as well!

Gym has flooded several times and smells like mold. The manager charges different membership rates for different people. I found out the he was recruiting new members promising a much lower rate than I was paying as a loyal member. I see random new members come in, being recruited from other gyms and they tell me "oh I am paying a lot less than you." Shady! The other coaches including Stephany are super nice.
