10 out of 10 recommend :) Love this gym! Very accommodating to all fitness levels. I started off barely being able to lift some weights and now can Olympic weight lift in just over a month! Lisa(coach) has been incredibly encouraging and helpful in my fitness journey. Love love love and recommend to all!

If you want a great workout, crossFit Caffeinated delivers! The coaches really challenge me in each workout. One thing I love about Lisa is that she asks what your goals are and she will guide you and work with you to help you accomplish those goals. The environment at this gym is inviting and supportive. I highly recommend this gym!!

Amazing CrossFit gym! I have been to a couple different gyms over the last few years and this by far has been the best. Coach Lisa really goes out of her way to make you feel welcome and help you through the movements no matter where you are in your CrossFit journey. All the members are also very supportive and welcoming. Definitely recommend to anyone and everyone!

Stumbled upon this place after a late night Instagram post. The next mornings workout was aimed to raise money for a fallen police officer and their families. Great workout. It’s a nice mixture of pre planned CrossFit classes and open gym. If you’re looking for a place to burn calories and highly motivated individuals. This is your spot. Coaches and guests are all equally genuine and have great energy. I’ve finally found an fitness coach who understands my personal lifestyle. She is providing her undivided attention, and is building me a custom plan to achieve my goals. Thank you

This is such a warm, welcoming, and fun environment. I'm always excited to come to the gym even when I know the workout is tough because the community is so positive and Lisa and Cathy are both so encouraging. Even after the most brutal workouts, I leave invigorated and hungry to come back. While you'll be challenged, the coach will always offer modifications to make sure the workout is meeting you where you are that day, so beginners need not be afraid, this is a safe place to learn new skills - I have powerlifted for years, but at CrossFit, I find myself learning to snatch, to rope climb, to do double-under jump ropes and it has re-awakened my love for lifting in a surprising way.
